I am so happy with The Auberge at Lake Zurich. The entire staff has shown nothing but kindness and compassion. They go above and beyond to make this place feel like home and to care for your loved one. The sales director, Andrea, helped me immensely at the very start of this process and she continues to do whatever she can to assist. Had a pleasure to interview with an staff in this place she was super nice and amazing .,seem clean n beautiful however I don't fully understand how our state is being run by a felon president not to mention 34 to be exact and I got a letter letting me know that I didn't passed the background like wait one felony that been over years and I was just charged cus I was there so I did not do the crime I sent a whole waiver to the IDPH which was approved and you guys just shut people down sad how company just judge you and discri... read more
Went to visit a family friend the staff was wonderful.
My mom has been there for 1.5 years The place is like being one. It’s beautiful, cozy and always clean and well maintained. The food is made fresh daily and is served to residents restaurants style. The staff works hard and keeps the residents busy with activities throughout the day! I leave after each visit feeling good knowing my mom is very well taken care of! ❤️
