Thank goodness they closed. It appeared to be a,decent place in July 2024, but went downhill FAST. From Sept 2024 until May 2025, they had 3 different Executive Directors, 3 different business managers, and 4 different so called nurse directors as well as 2 different chefs. Krystal, the sales director was fabulous, but she also left this facility, but the rest of the employees were definitely sub par. I wouldn't put a dog there
Amazing my mom works here and it is so good. They are really helpful here and it’s super nice and beautiful.
I have visited a lot of facilities, but this one rates a 10!!! In cleanliness, care, and patient happiness. The rooms are spacious and inviting. The layout was excellent. The director was wonderful❣️ She was helpful and attentive to our needs. It is a shame it will be closing🙁
Exceptional care at The Auberge at Kingwood! Eddy, Krystal and the staff are incredibly compassionate, and the environment feels like a true home. Activities are engaging, and the memory care program is top-notch. Highly recommended for peace of mind and quality of life for your loved ones.
