They over charge and when it comes to renters insurance review they apparently never get the email and overcharge you ... Then when you contact them about it and forward the email again they never respond ..!!! I was also told I was going to get hung up on because I was upset about the over charge ..!!
The staff is great, always willing to help! They outside is always clean and grass well kept! The apartments are amazing!!! I really enjoyed The Attleigh!
Where do I begin let's just list -doors to the outside of cracks that allows air to flow in and out freely and you have to get foam to correct yourself - maintenance request are never fulfilled in a timely manner and updates are not provided when they will be. So you never know when someone is actually entering even though you tell them to call before entering -office manager will tell you she will give you a call by COB about your your work order but it never comes -the is still no enforcement on pet waste throughout the co... read more
