Bought a Slanetrac tree saw a few months ago. Needed an owners manual and no response after multiple emails. Also need a replacement blade. No response on that either. Dealer takes your money but is none responsive after that. I have been buying farm equipment for over 40 years and this company is by far the worst. Avoid at all costs
Top-notch service and prices! I inquired about some auger bits on a Friday and they replied quickly and had my order ready for pickup the following Monday morning. When I needed replacement parts Andrew got me back in working order in no time.
I was looking for a plate compactor for a mini x. There are alot of options out there but I liked what I seen with thier products. Here's the most important part, Andrew stands behind his product. Initially the quick coupler didn't fit. Its a difficult specification I dont blame Andrew. He went out of his way to pick it up and turned around the new coupler to make it available for a job I needed it on.
