I have stayed here numerous times could not be more happy, staff more than helpful, amazing room with stunning view, cafe excellent, i will be staying her again.

We stayed here for four nights — overall, it was okay for what you pay. The location is great, close to Surfers by car and with a beautiful beach just across the road. The café on-site was lovely, and breakfast was delicious. Now for the downsides — the place is quite old and run down. The main bathroom lights didn’t work, and the unit was smaller than the pictures made it seem. Don't stay here.. This place has only self-service apartments no service provided to you, means you have to clean up by yourself and do everything else your self like you stay in backpackers. Everything is old and tired, dusty not good for people with Allergies, Asthma etc. some Furnitures broken. Ceiling fans are too close so be careful if you have kids. Lovely holiday unit we had the 2bed deluxe spa. Nice roomy spot with the sliding doors on balconies let's through a nice breeze. Unit was clean, everything was in working order spa, TV's, dishwasher, washing machine but take some of ur own supply's we opted not to get room serviced but ran out of dishwashing powder, shampoos etc. Nice view of water across the road a little further from surfers paradise then I like (we were trying somewhere different from Broadbeach). We had a ocean view apartment, location is very good. Rooms require maintenance including dishwasher, washing machine etc. The Asian lady at the reception has no concept of customer service. We were not aware that they only service the apartment once vacated so you need to wash all towels, fill tea/sugar etc as this is only supplied once. Overall good experience.....
