if you love your loved ones I wouldn’t recommend this place what so ever. the whole place is a joke! the things that’s getting advertised is not getting done. they have an activity lady that works there but all she does is color pictures and fold towels! it’s false information getting documented in the charting system they have! getting ahold of HR through jaybird is a joke!! bob, vanessa and kevin which is the hire ups doesn’t care about the employees. they haven’t had a number in a year for the atrium itself to get ahold o... read more
They don't answer the phone.
As long as your family member doesn't cause any issues and they do not have to give any special care to them, it is all good. They will look for a new location to move your loved one to if they don't want them there any longer! They do not seem to staff or monitor the residents well enough.
