The gym was not clear on their leaving policy. They tried charging me for a full month when the T&Cs said otherwise. Terrible at getting back to you and took longer than expected to resolve. The gyms changing and spa areas are not up to standard in terms of cleanliness.
I’ve spent 52 years avoiding the gym but decided to face my fear and join one a few months ago - and I’m v happy to be a member here. Staff are very helpful whenever I need, the classes are varied and friendly, and there’s a great range of equipment. I’m a changed person!
Great clean facility, very friendly and kind staff. Barry the manager also kindly helped out when I had a car issue. This is 5 star customer service! I also like that they now offer health checkup service at TIC Health, super convenient
I was disappointed in this gym when I joined this May. Due to staying at home from university, I only wanted to use the facilities for a one month period. However I was charged for an additional month due to the claim that you need to give a one month’s notice before leaving, suggesting I was to give my leave date while I joined?
