Great gym with sauna, steam room, cold and warm plunge. No machines, but got all the free weights you will need. Staff is super nice and helpful
I've been a member for a couple of years. One of the great things about the Atrium is having your gym gear washed and dried and they supply fresh towels. It also has a brilliant sauna.
I have been a member for over 30 years. if you are looking to stay active and keep fit in friendly surroundings then The Atrium is your place. Included in the fee is one on one personal training, parking, laundry service, sauna and steam room. This is possible the best value for money in Auckland.
