I lived here for my last semester. These units are well maintained and area was quite. Access to campus and university gym is great with frequent buses. The price is reasonably low. Ryan is also very nice and helpful person. The biggest problem with our unit on 3rd floor (and maybe other 3rd floor units) was huge amount of cockroaches. I really did not care a lot, but my roommates were very unhappy. Unfortunately pest control (which happens once a month) barely helped.
I had a horrible experience at the atrium. I moved in on August 14th, and they kept telling me the room was ready. Then, on the first day, I realized the AC was down. It has been down for at least five months, and nothing has changed. In addition, I had an issue with the floor tiles in the living room. I could see brown sticky substances oozing out through the tile joinings. The leasing staff was friendly, helpful, and made the entire application process smooth and stress-free.
Beautiful minimalistic designs in the apartments. Loved the open spaces it offered and the light it gave. Parking is easy. Rent is fair. Highly recommend this to folks looking for a good place to live
One of the best places i’ve seen in the area. Big fan of all the natural light and it’s super clean, has a great sense of privacy as well! Staff always willing to help and very friendly.
