I moved in August ‘25. The unit was in good condition and had a brand new stove, refrigerator, microwave, and barstools. Having individual leases and a private bathroom connected to my bedroom is really great, and it’s right on the MTD Illini bus line which is the goat for UIUC students. While the gym is not fully featured, it’s still really nice and it’s great to have onsite workout facilities. They have responded to all of my maintenance requests within the hour and the property manager Ryan has been very nice and helpful.... read more

The Atrium has a nice setup with a clean pool area and open design. The apartments have a modern look. Overall, it’s a GREAT student housing option if you want something close to campus.
