Great gym with a great environment! If you like to have a supportive atmosphere to push you no matter where you stand in your workout journey, this place is for you! The owner (Cameron) is very kind, and he always asks how you are doing!
Found this hidden gym while in Baton Rouge for a few days, pure old-school and hardcore. It had everything I needed, loud music, and people who actually love to train. Everyone was friendly, the energy was real, and the place had that raw garage gym atmosphere you don’t find much anymore.
Awesome gym! Cool environment.. with a ton of bars, plates, and racks. Also, a good variety of machines. First drop-in was free and then anytime I come back will be $10 to drop in. Very fair! He did say call ahead so I'll do that next time.
