Best gym in the state... possibly the nation. The place is run by a man who cares that his lifters are encouraged and challenged and supported, no matter what their level of skill. You will not be invisible here.
I love Atlas!! As a socially anxious girly, I’ve never felt more comfortable in a gym! The owner is a great person and the gym atmosphere is supportive, encouraging, and positive vibes! The sense of community there is awesome and you can connect your phone to play your own music on the gym speakers! :) Also, it’s child and dog friendly and open 24hrs! I’m not super familiar with power lifting or strongman, but I know they have an incredible set up! 10/10 would recommend!
I have been working with Jacob for over a year as my trainer. He is an awesome and I feel he genuinely cares about my success and progression. I would highly recommend him in your fitness journey!
Great gym, equipment, and people. The owner is very helpful and kind. My trainer Jacob is knowledgeable, patient, and a blast to work with. Also many women come here, with no issues. So very happy to have found this safe space.
