Very happy to live here. They’ve politely resolved the few issues that I’ve had since moving in. The management are very nice people and very easy to work with.
I love the leasing team and the maintenance team. They’re good at their jobs, they listen, and they’re nice people.
The "Common Area" fees are a scam. Crawford Hoying and American Power & Light have teamed together to charge its tenants "Common Area Fees". That will be $40 added to your rent and $35 added to your electric bill. Also, the electric will be 3 times higher than AEP plus the "Common Area Fee". You will be required to pay the entire building's electric bill. Electric you do not use. That is $900 a year in "Common Area Fees". Beware of this scam!
I’ve so glad I’ve found a quiet downtown building! The last apartment I lived in (a new construction) let in every, and I mean e-v-e-r-y, noise. The Atlas is different. More than 100 years old, and you can feel and hear the difference. I don’t hear my neighbors, and, occasionally, I hear street noise, but nothing like before.
