This is my second time living here- I moved back to Columbus from Georgia and the Atlas was an easy choice ! Management is kind and attentive- I have so many wonderful things to say about Deborah! She truly made the move in process seamless, stress-free, and quickly resolves any issues that come up. Maintenance is kind, considerate , and quick. Very happy to live here. They’ve politely resolved the few issues that I’ve had since moving in. The management are very nice people and very easy to work with. And they’ve had a change of a lot of the workers lately. The new ones are very nice/helpful and great at their jobs. I’ve worked with Shay in maintenance and she is very easy to talk to / good at communicating / listening to what’s going on and just tries to get the job done ASAP. Updated, 7/6/2026. I saw the bad review that a potential tenant left and wanted to update my review because that review isn't even close to accurate of what it is like to live here. I originally moved here in October, 2022. The leasing agent at the time, William, made the entire process so easy and he was very friendly. Then in August, 2024, I was offered a job out of state and left The Atlas. I hated the new job and new state I was living in, so I came back to Columbus and moved right back into The Atlas. Please note that my review ended up being too long, so I will include screenshots of my full review. A month ago I scheduled a tour with Atlas Apartments. Manar was the leasing agent who took me on the tour. She was extremely knowledgeable and was so great at her job, I was excited to potentially call this my next home. The maintenance staff at the Atlas is phenomenal! Things happen at every apartment complex but the staff here handled my issue seamlessly. I had a water leak in the wall in middle of the night and they responded quickly. Through the process of managing the leak to patching up the wall, they kept me updated the entire process so I was on the same page as them.
