Update- attempted to end the agreement. Paid everything supposed to. However they refused to let me turn in the keys! My lease says I can end earlier and she told me I’m only allowed to turn in on the exact date. She refused to take my keys or let me speak to anyone. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I’m a business professional and management is rude and refuses to follow the lease. Management doesn’t respond. Planning to live here. Please DO NOT. Horrible leasing office staff, very poor maintenance, make sure you are allowed to handle your own maintenance issues. Dog poops all around. Before you start living here, you will treated VIP, once you start living here, leasing office staffs and maintenance staffs becomes VIP. You might have to wait for 3-4 months to get a tiny maintenance issue. Main gates always now and then broken. They are short staff or they have been asked to treat some of the tenants badly not sure.
