The managers and staff are all really nice, my least favorite part about this place is just the residents which sort of happens everywhere. but overall the property is really nice and the pool is really quiet.

The management is excellent; both Silmarie and naomi give exceptional care to their residents and assist them in any possible way. Moreover, the maintenance staff is prompt, efficient and polite. All in all, it's an excellent environment in which to call home!
I've lived at The Atlantic Newtown for about eight years. It's a great place to live--I love that it's a small complex. The complex grounds are beautiful, and it's always fun to watch the deer. I've seen a few management changes over the years, and the current one is, by far, the best. I can't say enough good things about them. They have been willing to work with me on several things, and I'm deeply appreciative of that. The maintenance staff is top notch. They always respond to repair requests quickly and efficiently.
