Let me tell you! This was our first time to Hampton Beach. I wanted my family to have easy and close access to the beach with ocean views for when we were not at the beach. This location did NOT disappoint. Beach access is right across the road. There is also a pool to swim in and a shower to rinse off the sand. We had a standard kitchenette room that came with a full bed and a twin trundle which was perfect for our 2 daughters. We were able to prepare meals and have food to cut down on eating out. I'd give the room a 3. The bathroom door was very difficult to close, and the water went everywhere despite the curtain being closed. Very dangerous with young children. Also, mold on the ceiling from water damage and the fixtures had a weird texture. Almost like dirt that remains stuck from never being washed. Otherwise, TV and kitchenette were ok. Pool would get a 0. Clearly not maintained, incredibly cloudy water, and no one should be swimming in that. That is a health code violation for sure. It should be tested. Size of... read more

The room had sand in the bed and the door of the room wasn’t working properly and i find it overpriced.
