I don’t believe in leaving 1 star reviews but I lived at this apartment for 3 years and when i moved out they scammed me and took my security deposit and never gave me a chance to get this back or anything. Reported my account to collections and screwed up my credit. Very unprofessional and unethical business practices. Please stay away from this company. Greedy, unprofessional and corrupt. Wendy is absolutely terrible. When I lived at the Athlon, I bought a parcel locker. I moved out at the start of summer, and now it’s fall, yet I’m still being charged $3 a day for a so-called “pending package” in a locker I don’t even use anymore. The kicker is—I still apparently “own” it because I can’t move out of the system without going through the property manager. And who’s the property manager? Wendy. I have been living at the Athlon for over a year and it is an amazing place to live. The Athlon has the best amenities downtown and a rich history that other buildings can't beat. Great sense of community as well, I have met a lot of cool people. I do not plan on leaving the Athlon anytime soon.
