I don’t believe in leaving 1 star reviews but I lived at this apartment for 3 years and when i moved out they scammed me and took my security deposit and never gave me a chance to get this back or anything. Reported my account to collections and screwed up my credit. Very unprofessional and unethical business practices. Please stay away from this company. Greedy, unprofessional and corrupt. Update : I meant everything I said and they are liars and scammers.
The office staff is very accommodating, generous and extremely pleasant. Very informative and welcoming!
Don't stay here if you want a quiet place to sleep, especially Friday and Saturday nights!!!! Wild parties rule until the wee hours of the morning and the smell of dope fills the halls. Management has lost control of this apartment. Do your self a big favor and live somewhere else.
It’s unfortunate that I have to leave a public review but, like others, after moving out I have not been able to get in contact with anyone at the Athlon despite multiple attempts. I moved out August 2024 and have still not received my security deposit after leaving the unit in near perfect condition. Even prior to me moving out, the leasing staff brought prospect tenants to tour my unit and thanked me for how well kept my unit was.
