It's clean everything works as it should new equipment
Something everyone, totally welcoming, oh I love the pool!! Just getting back into the lifestyle and I am returning quite out of shape, both owners greeted me and immediately felt like I belonged.
Such a great place to workout! I love that they have a boxing area upstairs and a pool downstairs, which isn’t found in most gyms anymore. I also love that the owners are active and present, which goes to show how much love they have for this place. It’s definitely a wonderful investment for your mind, body & spirit, not to mention having access to the smoothie place inside the gym!
