Now this is a great place to prep for Hyrox! Inclusive enviroment, and adpative for everyone's fitness level but Danny still has the ability to push everyone where they are at. Easily one of the earliest class time table options for a functional training gym I've seen in Sydney!
Best kids party venue! Daniel was a fantastic host. My son and all his friends had the best time at his birthday party. So much for the kids to do.The kids loved the soccer activities, gaming room and the gymnastics area. The set up is great and Daniel made it so easy on the day. Highly recommend this party venue.
