Dave knows what he's doing and hit alot of problem areas I didn't even know about. It was nice listening to him explain what he was doing, explaining the bodies anatomy and how the muscles and tendons affected various problem areas, and I felt way better after. Most massages I think are a waste of time and money. Dave makes it worth it and I'll return again for another session. Now I know what a deep tissue massage is supposed to be.
Dave is magic when it comes to pain relief!
I've had many people work on me ranging from Olympic to people who were supposedly "good" massues but Dave has proved to be top tier of the top tier. He really let's you know what's wrong and doesn't hurt you. He knows what he is doing and ensures you know how to better yourself
As someone who enjoys putting their body through the wringer I can wholeheartedly endorse Dave. He had great knowledge on anatomy and explained in depth throughout the massage what he was doing and why. To me this is the new standard for what deep tissue therapy should be, nothing else I've had compared. I strongly recommend any military personnel looking for a professional and competent massage therapist to work out the stresses of every day life see Dave. I will 100% be returning.
Was very different from a massage at the spa in a very good way. Dave knew how to work out knots all over my body that I didn’t even know I had. Along with that he educated me on how to maintain good muscular health. Along with stretches specifically targeting my injuries.
