Always great service, I cant risk bad fitting shoes, I have high arches so I need orthotics in my hiking shoes, I got some h Merrells here a week ago, they have been so comfortable, they feel like I have been wearing them for ages, no rubbing or blisters, just comfort from the start.

I book an appointment online to get my child fitted for medical reasons From the moment I walked in with my kids ( who mind you were really really well behaved at the time) the look the manager gave me was horrible it was the look of I do not want to deal with them!!! And palmed us off to a very young trainee... I called prior to our appointment to confirm a few details so they understand why we were coming in, this poor kid had no clue what he was doing and didn't know anything I was talking about due to no fault of his own... read more
