I have purchased shoes from Athletes Foot for years with my more recent purchases at the Perth Store. The staff have always been so helpful. Today Byron (?) listened to me about my issue, retested to see if anything had changed and automatically gave the opinion I need more support now. He brought out about 5 pairs to try on and even though I was happy to settle with something similar to my previous purchase he kept racking his brains until he suggested the Brooks Addictions Walker 2. Wendy gave me the most professional shoe fitting of my life - I left with exactly what I needed.
I went to buy ASICS Gel Nimbus 27 from this store, after just one use of the said shoe there was a slight opening at the toe cap. I went back to the store the next day and reported it, they said they will get back to me after a week through email but I never received an email. I emailed them a week after and did not receive any reply. I won't recommend this store since after you buy your shoes they won't care anymore.
