Today I visited this store, and I had some issues with some running shoes I purchased recently there. As I am a very particular person when it comes to purchasing, Rebecca replaced my shoes with no hesitation. She was extremely helpful, patient and gave me great advice! I walked out of there with a better fit for me, and I was very satisfied with Rebecca’s service!
I recently had a Morton's Neuroma operation and at 6 weeks post op was advised to buy one of three specific shoes. We went to Athlete's Foot Pacific Fair and I was served by a young man named Bayley. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I am delighted with my purchase. Thank you.
'I bought the On Cloud running shoes from Athlete's Foot expecting quality, but they've been a disappointment. From day one they made a persistent squeaking noise that earned me the nickname "Squeaky" on hikes. There's also a manufacturing defect, a small hole on the side of the left shoe near the pinky toe.
