Very disappointing experience We went in specifically to buy arch support thongs and spent several minutes trying to find the sizes we needed. There were only two staff members there, talking to each other in empty store. Neither greeted us, acknowledged us or offered any assistance. ⭐ Very disappointing experience. I purchased school shoes for my son in May 2026, and after less than three months of actual school use, they showed significant deterioration. I understand normal wear and tear, but I don’t believe this level of damage in such a short time is reasonable for school shoes. I requested a replacement, but The Athlete’s Foot rejected my claim, describing it as “natural wear.” Very disappointing quality and customer service. Today I visited this store, and I had some issues with some running shoes I purchased recently there. As I am a very particular person when it comes to purchasing, Rebecca replaced my shoes with no hesitation. She was extremely helpful, patient and gave me great advice! I walked out of there with a better fit for me, and I was very satisfied with Rebecca’s service!
I recently had a Morton's Neuroma operation and at 6 weeks post op was advised to buy one of three specific shoes. We went to Athlete's Foot Pacific Fair and I was served by a young man named Bayley. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I am delighted with my purchase. Thank you.
