I came into the store the other day, the girl with long brown hair (i think the manager) was sitting on the ground behind the counter on her phone and when I walked in she didn’t even get up to greet me and when she went to the back room she came out blowing out some sort of smoke? since when is vaping allowed in shopping centres? this is so concerning, such unprofessional staff! The Best Customer Service we have ever experienced at any Athlete's Foot! Hagar & Sami are amazing! We have felt rushed in the past at other stores, but they took the time to help us with all of our questions, we tried multiple shoes, they were very knowledgeable on all of the products & even updated our online accounts. They show a high quality of service and care. We absolutely recommend shopping here, great store with great staff!
