Very disappointing experience. I bought insoles after explicitly asking about the refund policy and was told in-store that refunds were possible within 30 days if unused. When I returned a few days later, I was refused a refund because I didn’t have a “customer account” — a condition that was never mentioned at purchase. After speaking with the manager, no proper solution was offered (not even a store credit), only 5% off a future purchase. 5/5 experience and customer service. I came in for new work shoes, I saw Tracey who was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful, she really took the time to sit with me and discuss my footwear needs, help me try on several pairs and really cared about helping me find the best shoes for my needs. I have issues with my feet so it's important that my shoes cater to that and she listened to all of my concerns and was very patient and considerate and was even kind enough to set aside a pair that I really wanted but couldn't buy ... read more
