Very patronising rude female staff member when I finally said please lose your tone of voice with me. She was more rude and combative and projecting … just disgusting unprofessional behaviour… Experienced hints of this before with this person as I am a regular …. Today I could not let it go. It was worse. So here is an honest review.
I was in Sydney last week, and needed to buy some runners. I popped in to the Mosman store, and could not believe the level of service. The knowledgable staff, and the Manager were so kind and helpful. The manager in particular went out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied. I learned so many things about my feet, how important good shoes are for your posture, this store went above and beyond to help me with my issues. Thank you Athletes foot, I have recommended all associates I have in Sydney to your store!
Very disappointing experience. I spoke to a staff member at The Athlete’s Foot Mosman and they confirmed they would hold a specific shoe for me. I even gave my details, and they assured me it would be kept aside. However, they later called to say they sold it to someone else. While speaking to the staff, I could hear the manager in the background being extremely rude and unprofessional. This is not how customers should be treated. I would not recommend anyone shop at this store.

Later, they called and said it was sold to someone else. While I was on the phone, I could hear the manager in the background being loud and extremely rude. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I won’t be going back, and I don’t recommend this store to anyone.
Manager needs training in basic manners. The staff said they'd hold my friend's shoe but sold it instead. What made it worse was how the manager behaved on the phone - rude and dismissive. Shameful.
