AVOID Mosman Athletes Foot! Had the WORST experience today with the store manager Tracey. Rude, abrasive, unhelpful, lacking professionalism and basic customer service skills. This individual should not be in a customer facing role. As a regular customer who shops for our entire family, it’s unfortunately not the first time the customer experience has been underwhelming at this store. I came in to get a new pair of runners and Luke had the best customer service. Even when he was helping all the other people on the floor. He was super attentive and friendly. Would recommend to others!
Can't really review the experience as they didn't pick up the phone after four attempts - it just rings out without a message option (no answer - call will be ended)
I was served by Tracey and she was very helpful, took her time and made sure everything was perfect before I left the store. Highly recommend.
Abdel was so helpful and patient fitting my twins for school shoes. Fantastic service.
