I came in to get a new pair of runners and Luke had the best customer service. Even when he was helping all the other people on the floor. He was super attentive and friendly. Would recommend to others!

Very disappointing experience. I bought insoles after explicitly asking about the refund policy and was told in-store that refunds were possible within 30 days if unused. When I returned a few days later, I was refused a refund because I didn’t have a “customer account” — a condition that was never mentioned at purchase. After speaking with the manager, no proper solution was offered (not even a store credit), only 5% off a future purchase.
