Took my son here to look for running shoes after unsuccessfully looking elsewhere in the centre. We were approached almost straight away by one of the staff (Elyse, I think) who was extremely helpful with sizing and advice on what shoes would be suitable. The colour he was after wasn't in the store, but free delivery to our home was available. Very happy with the shopping experience we had.
Today I got served by Maria who was a lovely and very knowledgeable sales member. It was quite busy in the store and she was managing multiple customers whilst still being very helpful, kind and providing excellent service.
Wonderful old school service from Ryan. Helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish, nothing was a drama despite it being a very busy afternoon!
Staff were great, in and out in minimal time, with the exact shoes that I wanted
Ryan assisted us with purchasing inner soles for our daughter. He was very knowledgeable and provided fantastic service.
