Why is it so hard to purchase a pair of shoes here. The person who i spoke to did not listen when I said to her I will make sure I have $230 for a pair of shoes. I originally told her I only have $180 but told her during the horrible experience I would pay the higher price for them. This is not the first time I have had issues with this store.
I received outstanding customer service from Eva, who truly went above and beyond to help me. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was handled smoothly. Her dedication and positive attitude made a real difference, and she absolutely deserves recognition for her exceptional service.
Got shoes a few weeks and was served by a lovely young blonde lady, Hazel I think her name was, she clearly knew what she was doing and provided me with great customer assistance.
