Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Athletes Foot Joondalup. My son purchased a pair of NB Rebel V5 shoes using his Christmas money, paying a premium price because we expected quality and good after-sales support. Less than six months later, the shoes have developed holes in the upper material and the elastic laces have broken, making them unusable. Just left the store after an older blonde worker with glasses told us "we can go to another shop" in a rude tone because we did not like the style of the 2 pairs of shoes she recommended.. so we did.. as she walked away shaking her head after telling us where to go we went to another shop and spent our money. If the staff can't handle the opinion of the shopper, who wants to spend their $200+ on something they actually like.. what are they doing in customer service?
I originally went to the Joondalup store to exchange my shoes because my first purchase was too painful on my feet. Unfortunately, they had very limited options, so I ended up taking a colour I didn’t like and still paid $300. The saleslady also told me I couldn’t exchange them again, which was disappointing.
