Always shopped here since 2019 for my family’s of six but never again after our experience with an older salesman Xmas week, we were served by a lovely young man at first, the size 10 shoe’s in a particular brand were to small the price on the size 10 was $220, we asked to try a size 11 which were a perfect fit although the price jumped to $300, I asked the young man if this was correct given the shoes were the same brand ect, he said he would see what he could do about the price as it couldn’t be correct, we also selected a... read more
Fabulous customer service and I really appreciated the 30 day return. I wore the shoes for 4 days, realised they were too big (got my usual size, but these were big for a 9) and swapped them over.
Went in with a faulty very popular product from another location. Was met with absolute kindness, helpfulness and professionalism. I was beyond impressed with Lucas. He was fantastic and was able to help me by swapping for a brand new pair. Thank you!
Firstly the customer service was A1, that’s where the good review ends, I was looking for a particular shoe, after purchasing shoe that was causing a lot of pain in my heals, the guy did the scan and told me I had a wide foot, he did bring out a selection of shoes, they were not what I was looking for, he finally brought out a pair that had what I wanted, he also sold me a inner sole for $50 extra.
