I had an excellent experience at Athlete’s Foot thanks to Georgia. I’m currently recovering from a torn Achilles and have just started walking out of my moon boot as per my Physio’s advice. Georgia took the time to listen and recommended the Hoka Bondi. Honestly, it feels like I’m walking on water—so much comfort and support that I barely feel any pain at all. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine care made the whole process easy and reassuring. Outstanding service—I couldn’t recommend her more!
Checked the website for availability of a specific item in-stock & in-store, it said there was plenty of stock. Drove there to find out they didn't have any stock. The salesperson smiled as he informed me and showed me the site showing the item out of stock, which was obviously updated that morning since I checked. He wasn't able to offer the discounted price on the item I wanted on a practically identical item, regardless that I went out of my way to go there, based on incorrect information off their website.
Never been in Athletes Foot before & what a great experience. I think it was Izak who helped me but had some good recommendations for footwear suitable for an ankle injury & was super helpful.
My Disappointing Experience at the Store I visited the store today at 5 PM, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. As I entered, a staff member was carrying boxes and completely ignored me, not even offering a greeting. When I asked about men's Brooks running shoes, her response was simply, "It's all the same. Equally same." I was quite taken aback by her unhelpful and dismissive attitude. Given this negative encounter, I definitely won't be shopping here again. It was truly a bad experience.
