My wife went in to buy a pair of shoes in Dubbo. The store didn’t have them in her size. She was offered the option for them to order them in, to which she took up and paid in full at point of purchase. Unknown to us they ordered her shoes in her name to be delivered to their store for her to collect… the plan was for them to notify her when they arrive.
