The sales assistant REFUSED to even let me try on my size. I tried to reason with her that the size up was too big and she insisted that my size would injure me. Well, she pushed so hard that I bought the size up and now I have injuries from not having support. Have to sell them second hand and fork out for another pair of shoes. Definitely going to a different retailer for the right size where the sale assistance actually listen instead of insisting their own views with 0 qualifications. Liam was really polite and was very receptive and patient with the requests I had. As opposed to Jason, who tricked me into buying a completely different size to what i usually buy to ‘imply his personal views’ without explanation.
This branch in Doncaster is the worst. The staff are friendly and helpful but unfortunately the has no branch ethics. Athlete's Foot currently has a sale. When I asked the staff they said I would have to go to another branch if I wanted sale items as their store don't sell sale items.
I bought shoes from this store 9 months ago, then two months later they had a problem and I replaced them again. After 7 months, the same problem appeared and the store did not replace them. Terrible quality. I will never buy from you and I do not recommend it to anyone.
