I bought shoes from this store 9 months ago, then two months later they had a problem and I replaced them again. After 7 months, the same problem appeared and the store did not replace them. Terrible quality. I will never buy from you and I do not recommend it to anyone.
Pretty disappointing experience. I was trying on a bunch of shoes, but most of them didn’t fit. Every time I asked for help, the staff looked annoyed, like I was bothering them or something. Eventually I just stopped asking because I felt like I was being a nuisance. I stayed a bit longer to look around and see if I could find something I liked the store was almost empty by then. Was in store with my Daughter for approx 10 minutes. No other customers and 4 staff behind counter on phones and talking. No help offered. I’ve just spent my $600 elsewhere on 2 pairs running shoes.
I purchased 2 pairs of Brooks runners 12 months ago plus arch inner soles. Around $600 in total. I wanted a decent supportive shoe so decided to get fitted correctly with their fancy technology. I was fitted and chose the Brooks as they had extra wide sizes. They have never been comfortable, one pair I can’t even wear. Today I purchased new shoes from a different company.
