Liam was really polite and was very receptive and patient with the requests I had. As opposed to Jason, who tricked me into buying a completely different size to what i usually buy to ‘imply his personal views’ without explanation.
This branch in Doncaster is the worst. The staff are friendly and helpful but unfortunately the has no branch ethics. Athlete's Foot currently has a sale. When I asked the staff they said I would have to go to another branch if I wanted sale items as their store don't sell sale items.
I bought shoes from this store 9 months ago, then two months later they had a problem and I replaced them again. After 7 months, the same problem appeared and the store did not replace them. Terrible quality. I will never buy from you and I do not recommend it to anyone.
Pretty disappointing experience. I was trying on a bunch of shoes, but most of them didn’t fit. Every time I asked for help, the staff looked annoyed, like I was bothering them or something. Eventually I just stopped asking because I felt like I was being a nuisance. I stayed a bit longer to look around and see if I could find something I liked the store was almost empty by then.
