I came into The Athlete’s Foot last week looking for a new pair of walking shoes, I was greeted by Holly almost immediately walking into the store and then was informed of which shoes would fit me best based on their measuring machine in store. She did an amazing job ensuring the shoes fit me perfectly and making sure I liked the feel of them! I am very disappointed with the service at The Athlete’s Foot – Westfield Doncaster. I purchased a pair of Brooks Glycerin GTS 22 for $289.99, and within one week the shoes developed a clear manufacturing defect. Instead of properly assessing the issue, I was sent between different branches multiple times and told the product was unavailable.
