Been to the Athlete a couple of times now, and the whole staff is super friendly, helpful, and really know their stuff. Mia absolutely stands out! Even when they didn’t have exactly the powerlifting shoes I needed, she took the time to understand my needs, tested different options, checked my walking style, and gave spot-on advice. Thanks to her, I now know exactly where to get the right shoes now! Super welcoming and professional she definitely made every visit great!
Go to store for now I think my 2nd shoe purchase since almost 2 years living in cairns, but they consistently won't answer the phone to hold that second pair till close today.
Went in to Cairns Central for back to school shoes for two kids. Despite a hectic morning, Leonie served us and was excellent. Took time, was patient with the kids, tried multiple shoes and couldn't have been kinder. Leonie turned a potential nightmare into an absolute pleasure. I'll be back for my own shoes next!
