If I could give a one star for Burwood athletes foot, I would apparently they don’t have a manager that works there. I bought shoes a few months ago. I returned them. They gave me a gift card. I’ve lost that gift card. Now they’re saying that I can’t buy another pair of shoes that they owe shoes to me or they won’t give me my money back. What is this customer service service? This is disgusting. There’s no manager that I can talk to. I would like a manager to call me and discuss this further or I’m going to fair trading.
