I visited the store on June 8th looking to buy a pair of runners. Although they didn’t have the exact model I was after in stock, Connor, the staff member assisting me, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient while I tried on different pairs.
I had a fantastic experience at this store last weekend, thanks to the outstanding service from Naziah. She truly went above and beyond with a customer-first approach. Naziah took the time to understand my needs, performed assessments for my arthritic feet, and recommended the most suitable footwear. She was incredibly patient and kind as I tried on multiple pairs to find the right fit with my orthotics. Would not buy brooks again Rubber on bottom cracks open. Would not exchange because I don't have recent only worn 3 times .not Happy.
Really friendly staff and great experience, went in for a fitting appointment as I recently picked up running and the staff was really informative and patient, explaining the type of shoes that would best fit my feet. I didn't catch the name of the staff but thank you for the information and help!
