Fantastic service and fitting service, went in following a broken ankle and the staff provided great specialist advice and help to find me the right shoes
Excellent customer service.
Very ordinary service. Attended on a Thursday evening at 5.30pm, when shop opening hours state they are open until 7pm. Walked past two staff members at entry with no acknowledgement and a smile from another who was busy with service. Waited 10mins to then be told 'I am sorry, we are going to have to ask you to leave, as we are holding a private event'.
