Geff is absolutely amazing. Takes what you present to him for your goals and creates the perfect plan for each individual person. He challenges you, but also understands people have different types of coaching styles. He does a great job of keeping you motivated and making his clients feel as comfortable as possible. Very attentive and has lots of knowledge regarding fitness. 10/10 recommend for anyone curious to try out this gym.
One of the best facilities in New England with a great set up inside. Truly is perfect for any demographic Geff will make sure you’re accommodated for!
What a fantastic gym studio! Geff has put together an amazing space and offers so much to his clients.
