Went to Danielle following a recommendation from a friend and after seeing a Physio at a different clinic with no impact (not that I told her that initially). Her approach was systematic, considered and adapted to my injury over the sessions we had. Totally fixed the issue in a couple of sessions! I couldn’t recommend her enough and I would come back here anytime.
I highly recommend The Athlete Lab, especially Mary Magarey. I saw Mary for a shoulder issue and was so impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. She took the time to thoroughly assess the problem, (before and after surgery) clearly explain what was going on, and develop a treatment plan that was both practical and effective. Have had ongoing complex neck, jaw and shoulder pain for a few years and Danielle has been amazing at treating it, and targeting the pain from different perspectives. Very easy going, and would highly recommend!
