My first introduction to The Athlete Factory started years ago when my son was playing baseball. Our daughter signed up for the summer program, she’s 13 and plays competitive soccer. This experience has been awesome. She’s wanted to lift weights and learn more about fitness for some time but with her age, I’ve been apprehensive in getting her started too young as it can cause injury and be counterproductive. Excellent coaches that truly care for you and your children. My daughter enjoys all of the workouts and her confidence has grown exponentially since we joined.
