If you’ve got kids who play sports and you want them to level up, this is the place. Our kids have been going there and you can actually see the difference—they build a strong foundation on strength, speed and agility. Highly recommend
Athlete Factory and the coaches have helped my son not only with getting stronger and faster but his confidence as he gets ready for football season as he is coming back from a injury, all the coaches and staff work with him to achieve goals each work out and help him get better each time he is at the gym.
