My 11 year old daughter has been going here for a little over 4 months and it’s been an awesome experience. She is in the best mood after every workout and keeps telling me that Athlete Factory is the best part of her day. She’s gotten noticeably faster and stronger since starting here which is definitely helpful on the volleyball court. The Athlete Factory is one of the few gyms that specializes in teaching younger athletes, the fundamentals – how to properly run, how to jump, how to squat, and emphasizes core stability and strength. Our baseball program has been utilizing the Athlete Factory as their main strength training facility for the summer. The coaching staff does a great job accommodating all age groups. The workouts are phenomenal highlighting functional training methods that cater towards building better athletes overall while still incorporating baseball specific movements. My grandsons attend the Athlete's Factory. Coach DK is terrific. It's a long drive but it's worth it. He is very patient and encouraging.
