Tristan’s communication from day one was exceptional. He was proactive, transparent, and answered all of my questions thoroughly, which made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. The entire team at The Atherton has been incredibly attentive and professional throughout. I would absolutely recommend the building, the management team here is truly second to none.
Al was very helpful and responsive in getting the work order processed for a new washer.
Maintenance crew is great! Very attentive and super friendly. Keldin and Ben are two guys you can always count on and I appreciate their help in the building.

One of the best spots in Southend. I’ve lived here for over two years and really enjoy the amenities, location and overall convenience of living at the Atherton. The management is responsive and helpful. The service team is top notch and always responds quickly Ben, Keldin and Al do a great job. I haven’t had any major issues while living here but the team has taken care of the few minor ones in a timely manner. Overall good value.
