I’ve had a wonderful experience living at the Atherton so far! The community is well-maintained, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the overall experience has been great. Leylanny and Tristan are friendly, professional, and always willing to help answer questions. They go above and beyond to make residents feel valued and welcomed. I truly appreciate their kindness not only to me but my dogs as well. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
We have toured 10 apartment buildings in the last 10 days and we’re excited to say we have found one we want to live in and this is it! So helpful and patient! Our to... read more

Tristan is the best!! Made moving in so seamless and even helped go the extra mile - helping me move in heavy packages :)
Moving to a new apartment can be stressful, but Tristan & the rest of the Atherton team made our experience anything but. From the very start, Tristan was incredibly communicative -- whether we called or emailed him, he always responded quickly and thoroughly answered every question we had before move-in. The move-in process itself was seamless and the entire Atherton staff has continued to make our first few months here genuinely enjoyable. If you're looking to move to the South End Charlotte area, I'd wholeheartedly recomm... read more
