From the moment I walked into the lobby I knew I would live at Atelier. I have the best view of the river and city. The doorman are super friendly and love the Sky lounge. Just signed for my 2nd year and happy to stay as it really feels like a community. I started playing tennis and swimming daily. There is a mega super market opening across the street, very excited.
What a process it was looking for a NYC apartment. A friend referred me to Atelier and was best thing that happened. Unless you live here you won’t understand the special feeling and pride you have when walking into that lobby. It is all luxury and all the time. My experience this past year was nothing short of life changing. Found a home where I belong and doesn’t hurt I have unobstructed views of the city and river to go along with breakfast services in the lobby everyday . Amazing building. So happy with my apartment and the luxury amenities. I am coming from Texas and could not be happier with my new home at Atelier Condo. The rental staff was excellent in guiding me to the correct apartment and the front desk staff is so attentive. It was sticker shock coming from my home State but could not have found a safer and more luxurious place in NYC! PROS Tennis court, Hudson River views. Gym , Pool Reasonable common charges. CONS Atelier apartments are not a good investment for new buyers. A deep dive in the sales history shows that recent buyers have lost money , if bought as an investment Rarely do you see so many apartments for sale in a high rise condo.
