Having lived here for some years now, I notice and appreciate the extreme level of attention to detail that has taken place over the last couple years or so. Thank you.
Would caution against buying or renting here. It's almost 2025 - and this shared living condo building with hundreds of people --- still allows smoking cigarettes (and other smokables) --- inside of individual units, as well as outside on the balconies. The problem is --- this is a huge, unaddressed health hazard, because the secondary smoke is present everywhere, one can't open their balcony doors without getting smoked out, the smokers flick them off their balconies.
