Would caution against buying or renting here. It's almost 2025 - and this shared living condo building with hundreds of people --- still allows smoking cigarettes (and other smokables) --- inside of individual units, as well as outside on the balconies. The problem is --- this is a huge, unaddressed health hazard, because the secondary smoke is present everywhere, one can't open their balcony doors without getting smoked out, the smokers flick them off their balconies. The location is convenient - within walking distance to the metro. It's also nice that the community has amenities such as a tennis court, a swimming pool and a small gym. However, there are other issues that make the living experience less than pleasant, that others should be aware of: - quarterly water shut-offs (no water access for 7-8 hours) - near-constant renovations that can make working from home unbearable (one particular week, there were constant renovations each day from 9 am to 5 pm, and into Saturday as well) - ... read more

Don't ever accept work at this building. The building manager is a JackASS and zero help at all. Strangely in this condominium building he also claims to own the whole place. Fraud.
