First time dining at the Astor Hotel in Wagga and very impressed. Tried their signature rump steaks and all 3 meals were cooked to perfection. Steak was THE best, sauces amazing, vegies and salad both delish and the sweet potato fries were to die for. Every staff member that we had the pleasure of speaking with was friendly and courteous. Will definitely be back!
Good little spot to stay, the rooms are small but have decent beds etc. The bar and restaurant are really good and well above expectations, I had the chefs special seafood linguini and it was 10/10 David who I assume is the publican made me feel very welcome strait from check in through ordering my food and to serving me a couple of cheeky beers which were also on point, definetly recommend this place for a good quality feed and relaxing evening
Yes the rooms are a little smaller, I was travelling for work and didn't need a lot of space, Food and Drinks where good, it's a Smaller Bar so get in early and get a table.
