We're staying in this hotel and its horrible, when we open the door for the first time disgusting smells will welcome you. Dirty microwave and uncomfortable and itchy beds and dirty accent pillows. Moldy bathrooms. Had to buy a airfreshener to smells a little better. CANNOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!
I can't really vote for the rooms because after 3 days of trying to contact them re whether they were pet friendly for a bird, NO ONE answered the PHONE EVER. Got told to leave a message but then it wouldn't save saying "This inbox is full" Great way to stay in business
Fantastic business stop over im from Sydney use Astor Terrace Spring Hill on a number of occasions always very professional, helpful and clean ,recommend this place .
I booked this apartment in error on booking.com for 10 days. I spoke with the reception and explained my situation, I had 2 separate tabs open for the same dates for different properties, I had clicked reserve on both, but DID NOT put in payment details on this property, I paid on the tab for an alternative property that was more suitable, I did not realise this would mean the other booking with the Astor apartments was finalised as well. Dirty room. Uncleaned toilet. Everything is very old. Way over priced considering what else is around
