8/12/25: So far my experience has been nice. The ladies in the office were super helpful and friendly when it came to the tour and finding the perfect apartment. I will say hearing back about my application has taken longer than expected, with move in dates approaching I've had to apply at other apartments which has been a little frustrating considering how much I loved this place! I'm extremely disappointed to having to be posting a review like this. Everything went great up until one week before move in when they told me the unit is not actually available, this is after I paid my security deposit AND signed the lease they call me to tall me the apartment I reserved, and signed a lease for is no longer available. I planned my whole move, new job start date, putting in my notice at my old job, and bills and finances around the lease that I signed. The Maintenance Team is responsive, effective, and friendly. Francisco and Jhojan did a wonderful job resolving several maintenance tickets for me yesterday.
