Had a great experience with tour and applying. Taylor was very accommodating! My wait time on approval has taken longer then expected but other then that. The unit and grounds look like a breath of fresh air just as advertised!
I moved into the Aster last August. Decided to transfer to a bigger apartment and the process was easy. Until they send you the bill for moving out of the apartment. They did a "transfer walk through" The Maintenance even said my apartment looked flawless. When I moved out I cleaned and even spackled the TV mount holes for them. Looked brand new when I moved out minus needing painy. I still recieved a bill for several hundred dollar and they took my deposit for cleaning and painting.... totalling around $800. This place is crap they charge so much extra fees. Residents bbq on their patio which is a fire hazard! The trees have not been cut. They won’t let you pay online seperate payments, hallways are filthy, it’s expensive to live here cheap blinds, and the maintenance. Don’t get to your apartment soon To fix what you need!!!! They also let homeless people live in their cars around The buildings, but yet residents have to pay for parking!!!!
The maintenance lady fixed the pantry door, but told us the bathroom wall with the mold will be repaired after we leave. 5 stars are for fixing the door only. The mold issue is still unresolved.
The maintenance team is amazing. Put a work order in, in the am and by the time I got home that evening it was finished!!!
