Such an easy process, staff was so friendly, and there is so much information to help the process.
I stopped by this complex twice, both times right when the office opened at 10 a.m. The first time was a weekend and the second a weekday. Both times I asked for a tour, and both times I was immediately shut down with “we’re booked all day.” No effort to show even a sample unit and no attempt to make me feel welcome.
