The Assurance Group representative (Diane Signor), was eager to sign up my family member for Life Insurance. Two years later, we face the loss of this family member, and Diane is completely unresponsive. Nobody at the Assurance Group will answer calls, and now I've had to file a claim with the South Carolina Insurance Department as I'm afraid this company may be fraudulent. Predatory insurance sales agency, regularly violating Medicare compliance guidelines making outbound phone calls to medicare beneficiaries and switching their insurance. I have experienced this several times with my agency's clients. Just had an 86 year old member today who gave in to the pressure from a TAG phone agent. Her daughter called me to let me know. Will have the member's family file a complaint with CMS. Hope TAG is shut down!
Great meeting place
I was seen by the Assurance Group at 12 noon today and I ask about the gift card I was supposed to get, just for filling out the papers. And Corey told me he was out of the cards, but he would run to Walmart to get more cards, so then I ask Corey how much is the gift card was,and Corey said $5 dollars and I told him that it wasn't worth my time, and then Corey said if I would sit down with him and let him explain it to me, that he(Corey) was the one that was getting the gift card, he could make it $20/$25 that was up to him.... read more
