Very rude and NOT impartial. They switch out supervisors all the time which does NOT help. You need supervisors that know their clients. Kids are more than just a number. Parents and kids are both vulnerable.
If i could give this company ZERO stars, i would. The company owner is so rude. They are very unprofessional too. Everything that everyone else is saying in their reviews is true. This company is THE WORST. Do not ever use them. Im surprised there aren’t more bad reviews here. Since day 1 they were horrible. The judge ordered that my children's father had to have supervised visits. Nell provided structured rules for those visits for both parents to follow. The supervisor was great to my kids and able to be firm about the rules to their father. This agency was exactly what an order for Supervised Visitation needed. I felt the rules were easy to follow.
