I have really tried to stand up for this clinic because there are some dang awesome people in there, but with the unanswered calls, phone appointments only, Dr. calling 4 hours past the scheduled time when I am at work driving, then I have to rebook and wait another 2 months, then finally the Dr. didn't even tell me about my troublesome test results, I AM DONE.
This clinic is inhumane. I recently had knee surgery a week ago and needing pain medication to help cope from the high pain which I can only get through my physician. The heartless receptionist refuses to allow me to speak to my doctor or any doctor over the phone to have the prescription filled. Do they not follow the bill of patient rights at this location as I have not been treated with respect or dignity. I have been on the phone for 1/2 hour, and they still haven't answered my call. This is ridiculous. I need a refill prescription, but no one answers. The pharmacy has been sending requests for over a week, but there is no response.Really, no one can answer the phone?
I have nothing good to say about the clinic! I understand healthcare lately has been garbage due to the government And I get it's short staffed and some drs are helping at the ER, but this is absolutely unacceptable! I just want to book an appointment for my son in person! I refuse to wait 1-3 months! We have a right to see a doctor! The wait times for calling the clinic are ridiculous! I have had nothing but issues getting appointments from the clinic for a year now! Do better! This is absolutely frustrating!
