The phones ring, and ring, and ring.. Almost every time I phone in to book or reschedule appointments, no one picks up the phone.
I have really tried to stand up for this clinic because there are some dang awesome people in there, but with the unanswered calls, phone appointments only, Dr. calling 4 hours past the scheduled time when I am at work driving, then I have to rebook and wait another 2 months, then finally the Dr. didn't even tell me about my troublesome test results, I AM DONE.
This clinic is inhumane. I recently had knee surgery a week ago and needing pain medication to help cope from the high pain which I can only get through my physician. The heartless receptionist refuses to allow me to speak to my doctor or any doctor over the phone to have the prescription filled. Do they not follow the bill of patient rights at this location as I have not been treated with respect or dignity.
