We had a family reunion in early June where several families stayed here. Highly recommended! The rooms are spotless, cleaner than most big chain hotels I’ve stayed in. The couple who owns the property are lovely, along with the caretakers. A lot of history in the old house where the caretakers live. We had a lot of people arriving at odd hours, the staff was very accommodating. The Cherry Tree in was fantastic for breakfast, and so close. We won’t stay anywhere else next time we are in town. I've stayed at the Aspinwall many, many times, and it's always very clean, accommodating and fairly priced. 30 seconds from the boat launch and 10 seconds from the Cherry Tree restaurant is also a huge benefit. We love the Aspinwall. A++
My wife and I visited The Aspinwall for one Saturday night while family camped in Westcott State Park nearby. Wonderful small hotel with 24 rooms. Very clean, good wifi reception and were greeted enthusiastically at the entrance by Louis, the new owner/proprietor. Nice guy that Louis. Not far from Sackets Harbor, a beautiful village on the shores of Lake Ontario where you'll find great restaurants and shopping. Will most definately visit again when next staying in the area.
The motel is good and clean. It is at a good location and price is reasonable. Loved our stay. Will visit again
