If this company shows up in your neighborhood be prepared for constant gas leaks and water being shut off every week due to them digging up any and everything under the sun. They have left my neighborhood looking a complete mess. USIC is out here often locating the lines for them and they still hit them. 6-7 whole months of water going out, our yards looking a mess, trash from the workers being left on the curbs, the list goes on. I’ve reached out to make complaints and there’s no resolution.

We’ve had our cut off about 5x now in the past few weeks bc this company keeps hitting water lines. Half of my faucets barely work bc of the silt, dirt and grime clogging everything after repair and reconnection of water line.

Either this company sends out untrained workers or they just don't care about causing outages where they work. This is the 3rd time within 2 weeks that they have caused my neighborhood to be without water. And once water is restored, it's dirty for several days after. BE CONSIDERATE OF THE NEIGHBORHOODS YOU WORK IN!
