Three complaints after several haircuts both at Willits and at Carbondale their ability to listen and cut your hair as you wish doesn’t happen. Scheduling is also a problem I arrived a little early at Willits no one was there, the stylist was seated outside on her cellphone until a few minutes after my appointment. At Carbondale I sat waiting for 40 minutes after my appointment. Despite asking for any of the barbers one packed up and left. Thought I made an appointment. I went in and was greeted with anything but a welcome. And was told they didn't have me down and they ignored me.
I got one of the worst haircuts of my life. After the haircut she said, "Some people's hair will do what it is going to do regardless of who cuts it" Like it would have been cool if she apologised, but instead she blamed my hair for the haircut. Been getting memed on at work for the haircut for a week now.
