Melissa and Andres have always been great but this shop is poorly managed and owned. Monica is just awful to be around, she just makes the entire barbershop feel cheap and the way everything at this business is run just forced me to look elsewhere. The many many negative reviews all over this business in the valley from Aspen/Willits/Carbondale are there for a reason. I've never seen a business in this area with so much negative feedback and it's all valid.
Poco profesional e impuntual el barbero Andrés si pueden no lo agenden, hice cita a las 11 am el joven llegó 25 min tarde, estaba otro señor esperando su cita de las 11:30, lo sienta a él primero y todavía el Administrador del local le dice va el muchacho primero tenía cita desde las 11, me voltea a ver y me dice espérame voy primero con el señor -.- y después te atiendo a ti, nose si porque el era gringo y yo mexicano pero pues así las cosas con este joven, no entiendo porque no pueden respetar el tiempo de la gente

Im very picky about my hair and monica was the right choice to do fades and bearded trim. If you haven't gone or booked with monica before your clearly missing out. Shes down to earth and is very great at what she does. Thanks again. If im ever back in town I will come here for my hair needs.
